1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for standard products that meet our return conditions. Custom products, OEM orders, and special order items may have different return terms as specified in the order agreement.

The return period begins from the date of delivery confirmed by the shipping carrier. For products that arrive damaged or defective, the return period is extended, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
2. Return Conditions

- Products are in resalable condition without damage, wear, or modification
- Products are not custom-made, OEM orders, or special order items (unless specified otherwise in the order agreement)

Non-Eligible Returns
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect:
- Custom products manufactured according to your specifications
- OEM orders or products made for specific business requirements
- Special order items or products ordered specifically for your application
- Products that have been used, installed, or modified
- Products with damaged packaging or missing accessories
- Products returned without return authorization
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
Defective or Incorrect Products
Products that arrive defective or incorrect are eligible for return or replacement regardless of the above conditions. Please contact us immediately if you receive defective or incorrect products, and we will work with you to resolve the issue at no cost to you.
3. Return Process
Follow these steps to return products:
- Contact Us - Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization - We will review your request and provide return authorization if your return meets our conditions. The authorization will include return instructions and a return authorization number.
- Package Products - Package products securely in original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the return authorization number in the package.
- Ship Products - Ship products to the address provided in the return authorization. Retain shipping confirmation for your records.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing, depending on your payment method and financial institution. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days, while bank transfers may take longer.
5. Warranty Coverage
All products are covered by our manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Warranty periods vary by product type and are specified in the product documentation or order agreement.

Important: Custom products, OEM orders, and special order items are generally not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect, as specified in the order agreement.
Custom products manufactured according to your specifications, OEM orders for business requirements, and special order items ordered specifically for your application have different return terms that will be specified in the order agreement or quotation.

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process to return the original product and place a new order for the desired product. We will process your return refund and new order separately.
For defective or incorrect products, we may offer replacement products at no additional cost instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

International returns are accepted subject to the same return conditions and procedures. International customers are responsible for:
